The Sound In The Woods, illustrated by Bradley Clark, was written in partnership with the Lyceum Youth Orchestra to promote and support music education. For centuries within the red spruce tree forest of the Dolomite Mountains, the art of violin making has been passed down by way of families, often from father to son. The story is about a young boy becoming a violin maker and the guiding hand of his father.
