Written and illustrated by Yevgenia Nayberg, A Party For Florine is a picture book about a young girl who visits an art museum and finds an unexpected friend in a self-portrait of modernist painter, Florine Stettheimer. The child explores the parallels between their lives as artistic Jewish girls and ultimately commits to embracing Florine’s vibrant spirit.
