In celebration of this year’s Mid-Autumn Festival and Chuseok, renowned artist Victo Ngai partnered with Lexus to create key art for their holiday campaign.
Victo illustrated two versions of the art highlighting a nuance between the Chinese and Korean holiday folklore. In both cultures a celestial rabbit resides on the moon, while the Chinese rabbit lives in an osmanthus tree, its Korean counterpart resides in a persimmon tree.
